Zara Home: Phase Two Spring/Summer 2011

After tempting us all with the first release of their 2011 spring/summer collection a few weeks ago, Zara Home has now published the second phase of the collection, and it's just as tempting as the first. Split into five different looks - Ethnic, Country, Colour, White and Chic - there's a vast array of colours, textures and fabrics to choose from. Each section of the collection has a standout piece, but overall I think my favourite items are the Diamond tumblers and the Smithy cushion. What's catching your eye?

Zara Home: Spring/Summer Collection 2011

Zara Home has always been dangerously affordable, and has become even more so with the arrival of their latest spring/summer collection. For me, the standout products from the new range can be found in the tabletop offering. Their teal coloured, gold rimmed glass tumblers, gold cutlery and geometric patterned plates are all vying for my affections (and succeeding!). As for the children's polka dot cushions, well, who said adults can't enjoy them, too?! Which pieces are catching your eye?

{ZARA Home: Autumn/Winter Collection 2010}

Outside the wind is howling and the rain is lashing against the window; it's weather that couldn't be more perfect for putting together this post on ZARA Home's autumn/winter collection. Luxe nudes, sensual browns and jewel pops all feature across their bedroom, bathroom, living and tabletop assortments, making for a versatile and accessible collection. This is what I enjoy about ZARA Home - much like their clothing brand, their homewares are affordable with a high-end, luxury look. From late night candle light dinners to lazy mornings enjoying breakfast in bed, this store has the season's homewares all wrapped up.

{Latest Collections: Zara Home's Colour Collection}

If there had ever been a collection created for the Bright.Bazaar blog, then Zara Home's Colour Collection would most certainly be it.

A vibrant mix of yellow, blue, green and pink gives the collection it's colourful theme. They've successfully managed to use all these colours using two key tricks: firstly by keeping the walls white and secondly by tying the varied colourways together with soft patterns in the pillowcases and duvet cover.

This tabletop set up is a delightful mix of florals and block colours. Having an ornate, heavily patterned tablecloth means the scheme needed balancing, and I'm glad they used block colours (in the form of glassware and cushions) otherwise there would have been too many patterns and colour clashes for me!

All I have to say here is: When did carpet get so sexy again?! What are your thoughts on the latest collection from Zara Home?
